Responsibilities

• Promote and develop target lists; initiate contact with potential customers via calls and cold calling
• Introduce the company and services to prospects and nurture ongoing relationships
• Demonstrate products and services and provide consultative solutions
• Understand clients' strategic vision and align our products to needs
• Increase business with existing and new customers over time
• Develop written proposals or quotations for clients
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Coordinate sales efforts with overseas offices, operations, customer service and accounting
• Provide business reviews to clients and maintain and grow the business
• Analyze market potential and quantify value of clients to the organization
• Monitor and resolve accounts receivable in a timely manner
• Aim for profitability aligned with company goals
• Create and implement quality objectives for the Sales Department
• Support Health, Safety and Environment objectives in daily operations
