Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a sales team in Jabodetabek, Indonesia. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and acquiring new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and partners.

You will collaborate with Marketing to share market insights, product knowledge, and promotional ideas, while monitoring performance, forecasts, and profitability to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience at a managerial level.
• Experience in the ACP industry preferred; Building Materials as alternative.
• Experience with a Principal company required; exposure to Principal and Distributor environments advantageous.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and sales targets.
• Strong business development with hunter-focused approach while maintaining relationships.
• Experience developing market expansion strategies and identifying new opportunities.
• Strong commercial, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• English proficiency is an advantage for client-facing and managerial duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Expand market presence by identifying new territories, distributors, and customer segments.
• Drive new business acquisition while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing by providing market insights, product knowledge, and promotions ideas.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and profitability, and take corrective actions.
• Report sales performance and business updates to the Sales Director.
