Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Conduct client consultations to understand financial needs, goals, and priorities.
• Present and recommend suitable Financial Stability Programs based on client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end client journey, from initial approach and consultation to follow-up and onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records and monitor performance against targets.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Continuously develop knowledge in financial planning, client engagement, and business development.
• Support team development through sharing best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Specialist role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions to support clients’ long-term financial stability.
