About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Penjualan (Sales Marketing) professional to join PT Inovasi Buana Finance in Jakarta Selatan. This is a full-time position that combines marketing expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth and customer acquisition. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our marketing and sales efforts, developing and executing strategies that promote our financial products and services to target audiences. You will play a crucial part in building brand awareness, generating leads, and converting prospects into valued customers, directly contributing to the company's revenue objectives and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies to promote financial products and services to target customer segments

Create compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, and social media to generate awareness and drive customer inquiries

Identify and qualify sales leads, and work collaboratively with the sales team to convert prospects into customers

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform marketing positioning and sales tactics

Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and product documentation that clearly communicate value propositions to potential clients

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, conversion rates, and sales pipeline progress to senior management

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to support long-term business development

Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and customer engagement activities

Provide market insights and recommendations to support product development and pricing strategies

Ensure compliance with relevant financial services regulations and company policies in all marketing communications

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, sales marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry

Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns that generated measurable results

Strong understanding of financial products, services, and the regulatory environment in Indonesia

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and marketing analytics software

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimise marketing strategies

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and senior management

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales and marketing targets

Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred
