Job summary

Socialive is seeking a proactive Sales & Partnerships professional to drive new client acquisition, manage sponsorships, and lead marketing campaigns for events in Jakarta. You will collaborate with creative and production teams to build compelling proposals and pricing.

You will develop sales pipelines, manage ticketing, track conversions, and nurture client relationships to unlock repeat business. Occasional weekend/event coverage is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in sales, business development or marketing
• Proven experience closing B2B deals or securing sponsorships
• Hands-on experience with social media and digital campaigns
• Self-driven, organized and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
• Willing to work some weekends or evenings during events

Responsibilities

Job description

• Confident presenter and persuasive writer in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• A network among brands, agencies or communities in Jakarta is a strong plus
• Self-driven, organized and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
