Job summary

Mevui Vietnam Kitchen is seeking a dynamic individual to manage bookings and grow our travel offerings between Bali and Labuan Bajo. The role combines sales, content creation, and partner coordination to deliver memorable trips.

You will handle inquiries, quotes, invoices, and deposits, while keeping the booking calendar and trip lists current. Fluency in English and a background in travel sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Sales experience in diving, travel, tourism or hospitality
• Able to shoot and edit content (phone video, CapCut, Canva)
• Organized, quick to reply, comfortable with Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Handle bookings: respond to inquiries, send quotes, booking forms and invoices, track deposits and final payments
• Maintain up-to-date booking calendar and trip lists
• Nurture agents & partners: manage rates, join-trip bookings, group quotes, invoicing and payments
• Plan and post content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Business Profile; shoot and edit reels and stories during trips; write captions and blog posts
• Collect and respond to Google and TripAdvisor reviews; collaborate with freelance designers and content creators
• Prepare a short monthly report covering bookings by channel, top agents, social media results and next month's plan

Location: Flexible (between Bali and Labuan Bajo)

What you’ll do:

Bookings

Handle inquiries and bookings trips

Send quotes, booking forms and invoices, and follow up deposits and final payments

Keep the booking calendar and trip lists up to date

Follow every lead until it is closed, and log it in the booking sheet

Agents & partners

Look after our agent network: rates, join-trip bookings, group quotes, invoicing and payment follow-up

Keep agents updated on schedules, open seats and promotions

Social media & marketing

Plan and post content for our brands on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Business Profile

Shoot and edit reels and stories during trips

Write captions and blog posts

Collect and reply to Google and TripAdvisor reviews

Work with freelance designers and content creators

Send a short monthly report covering bookings by channel, top agents, social media results and the plan for next month

Requirements
