Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital and conventional marketing to reach target markets
• Develop and expand market share among Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, Communities, Corporate, and Factory segments
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners in relevant segments
• Identify and analyse customer needs to produce appropriate marketing approaches and solutions
• Conduct product/service promotion, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing customers
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
• Analyse industry trends, market developments, and customer data to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with creative teams in developing attractive marketing content aligned with company brand image
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimise the effectiveness of marketing strategies based on data and analytics
• Prepare reports on activities, customer development, pipeline, and target achievement on a regular basis

We are seeking a Sales Marketing professional to join our team and play a role in expanding access to healthcare services through market development, building strategic relationships, and delivering healthcare solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement digital and conventional marketing to reach target markets

Develop and expand market share among Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, Communities, Corporate, and Factory segments

Build and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners in relevant segments

Identify and analyse customer needs to produce appropriate marketing approaches and solutions

Conduct product/service promotion, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing customers

About you

D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Public Health, or Nursing

Minimum 1 year experience as marketing/sales professional

Experience in healthcare industry, laboratories, hospitals, clinics, pharmacy, or medical devices is an advantage

Target and results oriented

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Capable of analysing customer needs and identifying market opportunities

Proficient in MS Office

Able to work independently and in teams

Able to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing work environments

Valid driver's license and own motorcycle

Placement in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta or Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta
