Job summary

PT Abadinusa Usahasemesta is seeking a results-driven Medical Equipment Sales professional to drive growth in private hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks in Jakarta. You will build key relationships, present products effectively, and execute strategic sales plans.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in medical laboratory products, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to be based in Jakarta with a personal vehicle preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma degree (medical technology laboratory or other science/medical majors will be value added).
• Minimum 2 years experience handling medical laboratory products (blood gas analyzer, urine analyzer, hemostasis, immunoassay, POCT, hematology, or similar).
• Preferable to have experience managing Central and East Java area.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in private sectors, clinics, and health networks.
• Build and nurture relationships with hospital admins, medical directors, procurement managers, and other decision-makers.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and strategic meetings to secure partnerships.

Job description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities of medical laboratory equipment in private sectors, laboratory clinics, healthcare networks, and other related markets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, Procurement Managers, etc.).
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry exhibitions, seminars, and other strategic events to enhance the company's product
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare opportunities.
• Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to secure sustainable partnerships with customers
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development, as well as monitor sales process administration (quotation, PO, sales agreement, and documentations).

• Minimum diploma degree (candidates from medical technology laboratory or other science/medical majors will be value added)
• Min. 2 years experience handling medical laboratory products (blood gas analyzer, urine analyzer, hemostasis, immunoassay, POCT, hematology, or other similar products)
• Preferable to have previous experience managing Central and East Java area
• Strong experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in engaging and building partnerships with private hospital chains, clinics, and medical centers.
• Strong and excellent presentation, communication and negotiation capabilities
• Dynamic and results-driven with a proactive and collaborative work ethic
• Having a personal vehicle
• Will be placement in Jakarta.
