Job summary

NIMO Land Group in Bandung is seeking an experienced Tourism/Hospitality professional to supervise budgeting, marketing and sales programs, and to prepare sales reports. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism-related fields is preferred, with 3–4 years in the sector and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to travel for business is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Tourism Management, Tourism Business, Tourism Destination Management.
• 3–4 years experience in the tourism/hospitality field.
• Experience supervising/leading budgeting, marketing & sales programs, and sales reporting.
• Proficient in Excel for program accountability and PowerPoint for reporting.

Job description

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree, preferable from Tourism Management, Tourism Business, Tourism Destination Management.

At least 3-4 years experience in the same field (prefer in Tourism / Hospitality Industry).

Have work experience supervising/leading a business related to budgeting, marketing & sales program, and sales report.

Mastering software to manage program accountability (Excel/Sheet) and presentation/reporting (PowerPoint/Slide).

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, energetic, have good analytical thinking, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, detail and target oriented and likes challenges.

Willing to work mobile / business trip.
