Job summary

PT Hyundai Capital Finance Indonesia is seeking a high-impact leader to build and sustain strong relationships with dealer networks and manage a dynamic CMO team. The role focuses on driving sales performance, excellent dealer service, and rigorous documentation processes.

The candidate will lead meetings, coordinate travel for the team, and participate in industry events to promote partnerships and growth. A minimum 5-year leadership background in auto financing sales is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Target-driven with strong business sense.
• Strong understanding of sales operations in financing or automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer salespersons and dealer management.
• Provide excellent service to customers and dealers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation related to contracts, proposals, and all sales-related files.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor the performance of the CMO team on a regular basis.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the CMO team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in company and dealer sales events, exhibitions, and promotions (e.g. GIIAS and other events).
• Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for the CMO team.
