Job summary

Lifetime Design is an integrated interior design company with over 15 years of experience, evolving from a furniture store to a trusted partner for renovation projects and interior consultations. We design and build luxury spaces with a modern classic interior style.

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive who can nurture relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and private clients, read drawings, prepare quotations in Excel, and drive targets for premium

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in interior/architecture consultancy or design-build.
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design required.
• Strong sales competencies including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent client relationship management and wide network in interior/design.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate new sales opportunities and follow up on projects.
• Understand client needs and provide product solutions.
• Read and understand interior/architectural drawings and project specs.
• Prepare quotations and proposals using Excel.
• Monitor sales pipelines and client progress.
• Maintain client and project databases.

Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.

Proactively generate new sales opportunities and follow up on potential projects.

Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and private clients.

Understand client needs and provide appropriate product solutions.

Read and understand interior/architectural working drawings and project specifications.

Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow-ups using Excel and other relevant tools.

Monitor sales pipelines, project progress, and client follow-ups.

Maintain accurate client and project databases.

Achieve individual and sales targets.

About you

Minimum 3 years of experience at an interior/architecture consultant or design-and-build contractor, ideally on premium or luxury projects.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architect or Interior Design

Proven and strong sales competency, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.

Excellent client relationship management skills and a strong network within the interior/design industry.

Able to establish close and long-term relationships with clients.

Able to read and understand interior/architectural working drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable preparing quotations, sales reports, and client/project tracking.

Target-oriented, proactive, persuasive, and commercially minded.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Professional and confident manner when dealing with premium and high-net-worth clients.
