Job summary

PT FORTIS PRO CONSTRUCT is seeking an experienced interior designer with 2.5-5 years of professional experience specializing in Full-Case Design. The role focuses on leading the full interior design process, from concept to BOM, and coordinating with sales and site teams to ensure design integrity.

The candidate will manage 1-2 drafters, develop concepts, present designs to clients, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with company standards.

• Ability to independently create and develop interior design concepts.
• Strong understanding of floor plans, 3D rendering, construction drawings, and BOM.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the entire interior design process (Full-Case Design) and client negotiations.
• Independently develop and refine interior design concepts.
• Produce complete design packages including floor plans, 3D renderings, construction drawings, and BOM.
• Direct and control overall design style per project requirements and client preferences.
• Lead 1-2 drafters or assistant designers, assigning tasks and managing workflow.
• Review and evaluate construction drawings prepared by team members.
• Ensure all design packages are completed and submitted within deadlines.
• Coordinate with site execution teams to implement designs as planned.
• Conduct initial negotiations with clients and support contract signing.
• Coordinate with Sales on business development, design presentations, and communicating design concepts to clients.
• Monitor and oversee project implementation to align with design concept and company standards.

Job description

Have 2.5-5 years of professional experience in the interior design field.

Have experience handling the entire interior design process (Full-Case Design), rather than working solely as a drafter or technical drawing specialist.

Be able to independently create and develop basic interior design concepts.

Have a strong understanding of the four core aspects of interior design: floor plans, 3D rendering, construction drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).

Be familiar with various interior design styles, such as Italian Modern Luxury, French Modern, Cream Style, and others.

Have the ability to understand clients' needs, preferences, and personal characteristics.

Possess broad knowledge of cultural values and clients' social environments, and be able to incorporate these elements into overall interior space designs.

Have strong communication, negotiation, and design presentation skills when dealing with clients.

Have experience in interior design business processes and working collaboratively with the Sales team.

Be hardworking, diligent, disciplined, and responsible.
