Job summary

Nusantics Group is seeking a senior Business Intelligence leader to develop and drive BI initiatives across the Commercial Division, including AnimalDX and HumanDX. You will design dashboards in Metabase to monitor sales, growth, and performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations to accelerate revenue.

With 5+ years in BI and at least 2 years in leadership, you will translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders and help automate reporting while improving cross-division

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or BPM, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in developing BI dashboards using Metabase or similar tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in commercial analytics including sales performance, revenue analysis, forecasting, segmentation, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity, ownership, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BI initiatives to support data-driven decisions across Commercial Division (BU AnimalDX and BU HumanDX).
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor commercial performance and growth.
• Collect, validate, and analyze commercial data including sales, revenue, acquisition, retention, and market trends.
• Develop and monitor Commercial KPIs and provide regular performance reports to VP of Commercial.
• Analyze sales pipelines, forecasting, and opportunities to support revenue growth and planning.
• Partner with Commercial, AnimalDX, and HumanDX teams to optimize sales and operations with data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve business processes across divisions.
• Perform other BI responsibilities to support Commercial excellence and growth.

• Develop and execute Business Intelligence initiatives to support data-driven decision-making across the Commercial Division, including BU AnimalDX and BU HumanDX.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Metabase to monitor commercial performance, sales activities, and business growth.
• Collect, validate, and analyze commercial data, including sales performance, revenue, customer acquisition, customer retention, product performance, and market trends.
• Develop and monitor Commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular business performance reports to VP of Commercial.
• Analyze sales pipelines, conversion rates, forecasting, and business opportunities to support revenue growth and strategic planning.
• Partner with the Commercial, AnimalDX, and HumanDX teams to identify business opportunities, optimize sales performance, and improve operational effectiveness through data driven insights.
• Develop customer and market analytics to identify business trends, customer behavior, product demand, and commercial opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to automate commercial reporting and improve business processes to ensure smooth commercial and interdivision operations.
• Perform other Business Intelligence responsibilities assigned by management to support Commercial excellence and business growth

Ideally, You Would Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or Business Performance Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience in developing and managing Business Intelligence dashboards using Metabase or similar BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in commercial analytics, including sales performance, revenue analysis, forecasting, customer segmentation, pipeline analysis, and business performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate data driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
