Job summary

PT ABC Kogen Dairy seeks an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive overseas market expansion and sales targets. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, preparing negotiation materials, and delivering export documents with accuracy.

You will conduct market research, analyze trends, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. English proficiency is essential, Mandarin preferred, and willingness to travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• PPJK Certification required.
• 6+ years experience with overseas markets.
• Strong English language skills (written & spoken).
• Mandarin language proficiency preferred.

• Conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of export customers.
• Maintain trustworthy-professional relationship with the existing as well as the prospective clients.
• Open opportunities for marketing abroad and dealing with prospective buyers, also conduct internal coordination with various departments in order to open up export markets.
• Coordinate the offers, negotiation materials, contracts, export documents, and so on with the team.
• Plan and coordinate the delivery of export goods with related parties.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in any major / Master’s Degree is a pluspoin

Have PPJK Certification

Experienced being handling overseas market for at least 6 years

Ability to research and analyze the trends in the market and take appropriate decisions or suggest recommendations

Proficient in language, where the products are being marketed, especially in English (written & verbal)

Proficient in Mandarin language (written & verbal) is preferred

Strong presentation skills, positive attitude and ability to work in a target driven environment

Willing to travel abroad
