• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Performance, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager roles.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion optimization.
• Highly KPI-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales performance and conversion metrics.
• Ensure all incoming leads are handled promptly and professionally.
• Identify lost opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to improve lead conversion and team productivity.
• Track team performance against KPIs and sales targets.
• Review sales conversations, follow-ups, and customer interactions to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits on CRM usage, lead management, and sales processes.
• Ensure sales SOPs are consistently followed across the team.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Develop action plans for underperforming team members.
• Help build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Analyze trends, conversion rates, and productivity metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
