Job summary

Sinowater International Solution is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop new customers and nurture existing relationships in the water treatment sector. You will identify project requirements, communicate technically with clients, and coordinate with engineers to prepare quotations and tender documents.

Responsibilities include leading negotiations, managing contracts, and guiding the project sales process from enquiry to payment.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) in Environmental/Civil/Water/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in water treatment or environmental equipment is a plus.
• Ability to explain processes and equipment clearly to customers.
• Strong negotiation and customer communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handling quotations/data.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers, domestic and international.
• Identify customer and project requirements for water treatment solutions (Pure Water/RO, wastewater).
• Conduct initial technical communication and collect site conditions, water quality, capacity data.
• Coordinate with engineers to support technical solutions, quotations, and tender documents.
• Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage full sales process.
• Follow up on project implementation, coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, installation and commissioning teams, and address customer concerns.
• Gather industry and competitor information and maintain up-to-date customer database.
