Job summary

PT. OXUS WATER TEKNOLOGI is seeking an Application Engineer to design water and wastewater treatment systems (WTP/WWTP) and to support the Sales team with technically solid proposals aligned with client needs and environmental regulations.

You will analyze Feed Water data, prepare P&IDs, PFDs, capacity designs, and BOQ-style cost estimates, specify pumps, membranes, filtration systems, instruments and chemicals, and accompany the client during technical presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in water and wastewater treatment as an Application Engineer, Process Engineer, or Proposal Engineer.
• Understanding of chemical, physical, and biological processes in water treatment.
• Able to read and create P&ID, Process Flow Diagram (PFD), and Mass Balance.
• Fluent in Indonesian and able to communicate/write technical proposals in English.

Responsibilities

• Design water treatment plants (WTP) and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) systems such as RO, UF, EDI, Clarifier, MBR, or chemical dosing systems.
• Analyze client water quality data (Feed Water Analysis) and prepare technical proposals, P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), capacity designs, and cost estimations (Cost Estimation/BOQ).
• Determine technical specifications for pumps, membranes, filtration systems, instruments, and chemicals required.
• Integrate client needs into design and accompany the Sales team during technical presentations to clients.
• Conduct site surveys, water sample testing, and provide technical support during commissioning or system performance evaluation.
