PT Calistacitra Lestari in Jakarta seeks an Outdoor Sales Engineer (Water Treatment) to drive field sales for cooling tower and related water treatment systems. The role involves lead generation, presenting technical solutions, and negotiating contracts with clients.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation or Engineering with 3+ years of field instrumentation sales experience and strong English communication skills. Travel within Jakarta is expected.

Engineer (Water Treatment)

Job Responsibilities

• Sales/Application of field Water Treatment Cooling Tower, Process Cooling Water and Chilled Water System
• Provide technical solution to customers
• Generating leads
• Develop new customers
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Reach out to customers leads through cold calling
• Prepare, submit quotation and support various sales activities that drive prospects through the awareness and consideration to decision-making phases of the sales cycle.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation / Engineering or Equivalent is preferred
• Preferably with 3 years and above of sales experience in Field Instrumentation (Water treatment Segment)
• Possess good interpersonal skills and capable of working effectively under own initiative and able to adapt to fast paced, target driven work environments
• With good written and oral communication ability in English
