Job summary

B&D Technology is expanding its Tangerang branch and seeks sales talent to develop local distributors, drive sales of screw air compressors, centrifuges, air compression station systems, and post-processing equipment, and offer customers energy-saving renovation plans for compressor stations.

You will work with a team to meet sales targets, conduct local market research, and participate in a fast-paced promotion track with HQ technical training in China.

Qualifications

• At least two years of sales experience in industrial equipment (air compressors, generators, CNC machines)
• Valid Indonesian driver’s license and able to drive proficiently
• Own means of transportation; having a car is an advantage
• Native Indonesian language speaker; proficient in either English or Chinese; fluency in both languages or Mandarin is a plus
• Minimum educational requirement of a College Diploma or higher
• Applicants with majors in Engineering or Science will be prioritized

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain local distributors and agents
• Assist the team in achieving sales targets and optimize customer development and maintenance strategies
• Sell screw air compressor, centrifuges, air compression station systems and post-processing equipment
• Provide customers with energy-saving renovation plans for air compressor stations
• Conduct local market research
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
