Job summary

B&D Technology is expanding its Tangerang branch and seeks a Sales Engineer with proven experience in industrial equipment sales to join our fast-growing team. You will identify and develop local distributors and end users, drive sales of screw and centrifugal air compressors, and propose energy-saving renovation plans that showcase value over price.

You will collaborate with the team on customer acquisition, market research, and account management while maintaining strong Bahasa Indonesia

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment (e.g., air compressors, generators, CNC machines, construction machinery)
• Must hold a valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A) and drive proficiently
• Must own own transportation; having a car is an advantage
• Native in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English or Chinese; Mandarin is a huge plus
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or higher; Engineering or Science majors prioritized

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain local distributors and agents across the assigned territory
• Drive sales of screw air compressors, centrifugal compressors, compressed air station systems, and post-processing equipment to achieve team revenue targets
• Provide customers with energy-saving renovation plans for air compressor stations, positioning value over price
• Continuously optimize customer acquisition and account management strategies in collaboration with the team
• Conduct local market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management
• Can independently identify and acquire end-user resources
