PT Jashen Mitra Sinergi is seeking a Sales Engineer in Serpong to drive annual revenue and work closely with customers to tailor improvements and innovations. The role requires strong communication and technical acumen to support customers from lab tests to plant trials.

The candidate should be a fresh graduate or with 1–2 years of related experience, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and capable of achieving sales targets with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Formación

• S1 degree in Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical with GPA ≥3.0
• Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of related experience
• Strong communication, selling and technical skills with sales target orientation
• Computer literate; able to analyze and solve problems
• Responsible with good attitude and high self-motivation

Responsabilidades

• Responsible to achieve annual revenue of Sales Budget/Sales
• Target Work closely with existing and new prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend contiunuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in existing and new prospective customers
• Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required
• Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendation to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
• Making technical presentation adn demonstrating how a product will meet client needs, in laboratory test and plant trial.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Offering and do an after-sales support services
• Liasing with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.

Qualification

• S1 degree in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.0
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia,English
• Fresh Graduate or 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
