Job summary

The role requires 5–7 years in related fields, a Mechanical Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering welcomed), and the ability to translate technical knowledge into persuasive proposals for customers in Indonesia.

• Achieve Sales Targets for Aftermarket Products and Services: Work toward meeting or exceeding assigned booking goals by promoting and securing sales of aftermarket products and services.
• Serve as Primary Customer Contact: Act as the main point of communication between the company and customers, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Develop Expertise in Repair Processes: Gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various repair techniques and procedures to support quality service delivery.

Requirement

• Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred, candidates with a background in Industrial Engineering are also welcome, along with 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment design, functionality, application, and maintenance, with familiarity in repairing rotating machinery.
• Sales and Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate technical knowledge into persuasive sales proposals and effectively communicate with clients to secure business opportunities.
