Job summary

Subtor Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Pump Sales Engineer (Outdoor) to be the face of our brand in the field, engaging clients, understanding their challenges, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency and reduce downtime. You will drive sales of pump systems and related equipment across your territory and provide tailored technical proposals and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Preferably 1–2 years of sales experience in pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial engineering solutions.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region. (Preferably own vehicle) Transport allowance provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of pump systems, spare parts, and related equipment within your assigned territory.
• Conduct regular and constant visits to client sites to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct contract reviews before order processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence.
