Peran Sales Engineer menjalin hubungan dengan klien, melakukan penjualan dan promosi, serta memberikan respons cepat dan akurat terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan.

Kandidat dengan S1 di Teknik atau Pemasaran, minimal 2 tahun pengalaman penjualan, menguasai MS Office, memiliki kendaraan pribadi, SIM C & A, siap bepergian 1–2 minggu setiap bulan, serta bersedia

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di Teknik atau Pemasaran.
• Pengalaman penjualan min. 2 tahun.
• Menguasai MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Bersedia bepergian 1–2 minggu per bulan.

Responsibilities

• Bertemu klien kapan pun dan di mana saja di dalam kota maupun luar kota.
• Melakukan aktivitas penjualan dan promosi.
• Menunjukkan respons cepat dan perhatikan klien.
• Terus belajar dan mengembangkan pengetahuan produk.
• Mencapai target yang ditetapkan manajemen.
• Memberikan laporan mingguan dan proyeksi bulanan.
• Menghasilkan ide-ide baru untuk meningkatkan penjualan.

Job description

A Sales Engineer role at PT Lautan Instrumindo Kontromatic (Lautan Group), a company that provides goods and services for instrumentation and electrical supplies to factories throughout Indonesia. The company represents several agency products from instrumentation and electrical suppliers from abroad including RUEGER, AS-Schneider, Gastron, PR Electronics, and Shridhan.

Key responsibilities

Meet with clients anytime and anywhere within and outside the city

Conduct sales and promotion activities

Demonstrate quick responsiveness and attentiveness

Continuously seek to learn and expand knowledge

Accept and work towards targets set by management

Provide weekly reports and monthly forecasts on time

Generate new ideas to boost sales

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Engineering or Marketing

Minimum 2 years of sales experience

Knowledge and experience in Palm Oil Mill, Pulp & Paper, Cement, Pharmacy, F&B, or General Industry preferred

Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Communicative and enjoy meeting with clients within and outside the city

Enjoy receiving challenges and innovation

Own personal vehicle minimum motorcycle

Possess driving license C & A

Willing to travel outside the city minimum 1-2 weeks per month

Base salary + THR

Sales commission (review by every semester based on KPI performance)
