Job summary

Samsonite Indonesia seeks an experienced Store Supervisor to drive store-level sales targets and oversee daily operations in Jakarta. You will ensure SOP alignment, accurate administration, and cash handling while leading staff development in product knowledge and customer service.

You will conduct briefings, analyze sales data, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experienced as a Store Supervisor, at least 2 years in the same position.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work toward sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel – Word - Powerpoint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible on the achievement of store / area sales target.
• Supervise & make sure daily operational is running smoothly & align with the SOP.
• Ensure all administration, reporting & cash deposit were done perfectly.
• Conduct store briefing & staff training (product knowledge, sales analysis, market share, competitor analysis).
• Training & coaching store staff team to do service as SOP given, increase product knowledge, great service to customer and become great team members.
