Job summary

PT Citra Nusantara Logistik in Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support sales and operations for HHG, General Cargo, and Fine Art Shipping. Based in Tangerang Selatan, you will handle inquiries, prepare rates, and coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners.

Ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales or logistics, English fluency, and strong networking, negotiation, and administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in logistics, marketing, business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or logistics/shipping.
• Experience in HHG, General Cargo, or Fine Art Shipping preferred.
• Experience in export-import or international shipping is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, honest, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Willing to work in Tangerang Selatan (BSD/Serpong/Pamulang/Bintaro preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and develop sales opportunities for HHG, General Cargo, and Fine Art Shipping
• Build and maintain strong customer and business networks to generate new leads and opportunities
• Prepare rates, quotations, and shipping solutions based on customer requirements
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and customers to support sales conversion
• Maintain good relationships with customers, agents, and business partners
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas agents to ensure smooth service delivery
• Handle related administrative and shipment documentation, including opening files, preparing documents, and draft invoices
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on operational requirements when needed
• Maintain clear communication and close coordination with internal teams.

Job description

Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in sales, business development, customer service, or logistics/shipping.

Experience in HHG (Household Goods) , General Cargo, or Fine Art Shipping is highly preferred

Experience in export-import, or international shipping is an advantage

Strong sales, networking, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills

Fluent in English, written and spoken, is a must

Detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, honest, and a good team player
