Job summary

Bosch Indonesia is offering a full-time paid internship in Jakarta from January to June 2027 for college students seeking real-world experience in administrative operations.

You will assist with invoices, delivery paperwork, pricing support, and general admin while learning Microsoft Office and professional English and Bahasa communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student (S-1) from any major, preferably Business Admin/Management/Secretarial major.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in general office administration.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa.
• Keen to learn and proactive.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle multitasking.

• Updating delivery control, checking cycle count, making debit note, and downloading barcode delivery.
