Job summary

Bosch Rexroth Indonesia is offering a full-time paid internship for college students in Jakarta (Jan–June 2027). The role focuses on logistics administration, order processing, and coordination with sales and procurement teams.

You will handle invoices, sales orders, POs, quotations, and related documentation, while developing skills in SAP and cross-functional collaboration. English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in Logistics or related field.
• Able to handle administrative and ad hoc tasks.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices to customer portal and review status weekly.
• Monitor ETA for incoming goods and update forecast.
• Create and monitor Sales Orders based on PO approved from Sales Dept.
• Attach POs and Quotations to SAP Sales Order.
• Request Sales Order release twice a week and check material status.
• Prepare forms for Goodwill and Credit Notes.
• Prepare quotations for customers as needed.
• Prepare Proforma Invoice and Kwitansi when required.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Description

1. Submit invoices to the customer portal and review the status on a weekly basis
2. Monitor customers’ ETA for incoming goods and update the forecast file accordingly
3. Create and monitoring Sales Order based on PO Approved from Sales Dept
4. Attach Purchase Orders and Quotations to the SAP Sales Order
5. Request Sales Order release on a twice a week, and checking material status
6. Prepare forms for Goodwill and Credit Note
7. Prepare quotations for customers when required
8. Prepare Proforma Invoice and Kwitansi, if needed
9. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Undergraduate active students (min. S-1) coming from Logistics background
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and ad hoc tasks
• Must be able to work independently or in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
