Job summary

Bosch is offering a full-time paid internship in Jakarta for January to June 2027, open to college students only who will not graduate during the program. You will work on market intelligence, research, and strategic partnerships, with exposure to executive reporting and cross-functional projects.

The role requires Excel/PowerPoint proficiency; Power BI is a plus, and strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in a dynamic regional environment.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Market Intelligence & Research: Monitor market trends, conduct analysis, and identify growth opportunities. Assist in evaluating new market or product opportunities, growth prognosis and assessing competitive landscapes.


• Strategic Partnerships & Business Development: Support partnership portfolio reviews, preparation of proposals/presentation and business case development


• Executive Reporting: Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and internal intelligence tools and support recurring strategy updates.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.


• Any other topics assigned by director or manager.

Qualifications

• Able to work full time (5 days a week) for a period of 6 months or more.


• Bachelor’s in business, economics, management, industrial engineering or related fields.


• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, knowledge in Power BI is a plus.


• Previous internship or project experience related to strategy & market research.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and interpersonal competence.


• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic regional environment
