Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Ability to translate design concepts into practical product recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, designers, and stakeholders.
• Customer service and consultation skills with active listening.
• Visual merchandising to maintain attractive showroom displays.
• Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
• Showroom, retail, interior design, or building materials experience preferred.
• On-site work in Denpasar or Jakarta with occasional weekend/holiday shifts.

Role Description The Designer Showroom Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. This role involves welcoming and guiding visitors in the showroom, understanding their design needs, and recommending suitable tile and surface solutions that align with project requirements. The Specialist prepares design proposals and layout suggestions, assists with product selection and coordination of colors, textures, and finishes, and provides accurate information on product specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining attractive product displays, ensuring the showroom is organized and presentable, supporting sales processes by preparing quotations and documentation, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams on promotional activities. The role also requires building strong relationships with designers, architects, and property developers, as well as staying current on design trends and product innovations.
