PT Smart Life Solutions in Surabaya seeks a Sales Consultant to drive sales growth, promote products, and maintain customer satisfaction while upholding the brand’s reputation.

You will attract clients, respond to inquiries, provide product details, and manage CRM data. Fluency in English and Indonesian, a laptop with reliable internet, and a target-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in direct negotiation via messaging, phone calls and meetings.
• Experience in sales or manufacturing product sales.
• Understanding of CRM tools and software; advantage for niche products.
• Own laptop/PC and high-speed internet.
• English level at least B2.
• Proficient in spoken and written Indonesian; understands local traditions.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on targets.
• Experience with similar niche products is a plus.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to actively promote the company's products and meet the sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the brand's reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Attract clients and close deals throughout the sales process
• Quickly and accurately respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels
• Provide detailed information about products and services, answer questions, and solve problems
• Maintain effective interaction with clients, including callbacks and correspondence, emphasizing polite and respectful communication
• Efficiently update and manage customer information in the CRM system
• Organize and conduct meetings with important clients to discuss cooperation and present products
• Strictly follow the company's operational standards and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure compliance with deal terms

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
