About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join PT Kindo Ritel Prima in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers flexibility whilst allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to our sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients. This role is essential to our business success, as you will directly impact our revenue growth and customer satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service to create a welcoming shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale system
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and inventory
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
• Keep the sales floor organised, clean and visually appealing
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Collaborate with team members to support overall store operations
