Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Pekanbaru. The Sales Associate will welcome customers, provide product information, and assist with selecting items that meet customer needs and preferences. Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise displays, ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized, and handling transactions accurately at the point of sale. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, supporting promotional activities, and delivering a high standard of customer service in line with company policies and brand guidelines. Sales Associates are expected to collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously in a retail environment.
• Basic sales, merchandising, and cash-handling abilities, including operating point-of-sale systems and following store procedures.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain product displays, stock accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage; familiarity with fashion or lifestyle products is a plus.
