Role Description

This full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist role is an on-site position based in Sleman. The specialist is responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting sales outreach, and presenting ALTERAM’s legal services and solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Daily activities include managing client inquiries, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in sales and CRM tools. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, creating basic promotional materials, collaborating with the legal and operations teams to understand service offerings, and delivering or coordinating training and product briefings for clients or internal team members. The specialist is expected to contribute to sales targets, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain legal service offerings clearly and build trusted client relationships.
• Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally in services or professional consulting environments.
• Experience in Sales Management or coordinating sales activities, such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to deliver or support Training sessions, presentations, or product briefings for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Additional beneficial qualifications: familiarity with legal or business consulting services, basic marketing knowledge, comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
