Qualifications

• Experience in business development or marketing within a professional services firm is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Strong market research and writing skills.
• Self-motivated, capable of learning quickly, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems and basic digital marketing tools (GA, SEO, LinkedIn).
• Mandarin language skills (spoken and written).

Description du poste

Support and contribute to the Business Development and Marketing Communication (BDMC) team in executing and implementing strategic initiatives with the objective to support the firm’s growth and enhance its market position in the legal industry. The day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to:

• Providing administrative support for the standardization and distribution of documentation, marketing materials, and event planning.
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Analyzing competitive trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns to promote the firm’s services.
• Assisting with proposal and pitch processes to secure new business opportunities.
• Preparing submissions for awards, rankings, and surveys in collaboration with lawyers and BD/PR teams.
• Collaborating on client programs, events, and public relations opportunities with BD and PR teams.

Requirements

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in business development or marketing within a professional services firm is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
• Strong market research and writing skills.
• Self-motivated, willingness to learn and strong
• focus on independent progression, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented.
• Proficient in time management and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• A team player, positive attitude, highly organised and high level of integrity and diplomacy
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
