Role Description The Sales and Marketing Management Trainee will support the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to promote the company’s futures, forex, and derivative trading services. This full-time, on-site role in Surabaya involves assisting in client acquisition, maintaining customer relationships, and delivering high-quality service to prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks include learning and applying sales strategies, participating in marketing campaigns, providing product information, and supporting training activities for clients and team members. The trainee will also help prepare reports, analyze market feedback, and collaborate with senior staff to improve sales and marketing performance. This position offers structured training and mentoring with a clear pathway toward future leadership roles in sales and marketing.
