Job summary

PT Glori Investama Berjangka Surabaya is seeking a Marketing Management Trainee to support the marketing team in Surabaya. This full-time, on-site role focuses on planning and executing marketing strategies for futures, forex, and derivatives.

You will conduct market research, assist with campaigns, prepare reports, and coordinate promotional activities, while partnering with Sales and Customer Service to ensure consistent messaging and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights.
• Competence in market planning and marketing management to support campaign development and execution.

• Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, manage time effectively, and learn in a fast-paced environment.
