Role Description

The Marketing Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based at the Surabaya office. This position involves supporting marketing planning activities, helping implement marketing strategies, and assisting in promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and client acquisition. The trainee will conduct market research and basic analysis, prepare marketing materials and reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and existing clients, supporting customer service efforts, and participating in educational events and marketing initiatives. The role is designed to provide structured training and mentorship to build a career in marketing within the financial services sector.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Marketing Management and Market Planning skills to support campaign design and execution.
