Job summary

MANE, a global fragrance and flavour leader, seeks a Sales Admin Manager in Indonesia to lead sales administration and order processing across local and export markets. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure accurate SAP transactions and compliance with quality procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years in sales administration, with strong English communication and export documentation experience.

• Monitor local and export order processes, including export procedures and payment terms.
• Ensure accurate sales administration records and SAP transactions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, Quality Management System, and work instructions.
• Lead the team and drive continuous improvement in Sales Administration processes.

• Solid experience in export procedures and related documentation.
• Good understanding and experience in managing payment terms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of sales order processing and customer administration.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
