MANE is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Manufacturing Director in Indonesia. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle confidential documents with discretion.
The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of senior support experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent English communication are essential to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide professional administrative and coordination support to the Manufacturing Director, including managing schedules, meetings, documentation, communication, and follow-ups to ensure smooth and effective daily operations.
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Manufacturing Director.
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.
Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and confidential documents.
Coordinate communication and follow-ups with internal departments, management, and external parties.
Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and key assignments from meetings.
Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and data for decision-making purposes.
Arrange business travel, accommodation, transportation, and other related arrangements when required.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Support ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the Manufacturing Director.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role, preferably supporting a Director/Head-level position.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management and various stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive, responsive, well-organized, and able to work independently.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
