Job summary

PT AT Oceanic Offshore (Batam) is seeking a Sales Admin to join our team in Batam, Kepulauan Riau on a full-time basis. This role supports sales operations and coordinates between the sales team and clients, acting as the backbone of the department with strong organisation and attention to detail.

You will manage client databases, prepare quotes and purchase orders, coordinate meetings, and assist with invoicing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales administration or a similar client-facing administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client databases and sales records with up-to-date information.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and purchase orders; process sales documents.
• Coordinate communication between sales team, clients and internal departments.
• Schedule client meetings, site visits and sales presentations.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely product and pricing information.
• Process orders and monitor status from placement to delivery.
• Maintain sales reports for management review and analysis.
• Assist with invoicing, billing and payment tracking.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing and data entry.
• Support sales team with research and competitor analysis.
