Job summary

PT Destini Marine Safety is seeking a Sales Admin to support the Client & Sales Administration operations in Batam, Riau Islands. The role focuses on processing orders, invoices, and customer documentation while liaising with clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth service.

You'll prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and help improve sales processes. Strong English, organizational skills, and CRM proficiency are essential for delivering accurate, timely support to the sales

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Admin to join our team at PT Destini Marine Safety in Batam, Riau Islands. Preferably domicile in Batam. This full-time role is an integral part of our Client & Sales Administration operations, supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

Manage and process sales orders, invoices and other sales-related documentation

Liaise with customers to address any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Prepare sales reports and analysis to support the sales team

Maintain accurate records and databases of customer information

Provide administrative support to the sales team as required

Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Proficiency in English.

Graduated form any related fields.

Proven experience in a sales administration or customer service role, preferably within the administration and office support industry

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach

Proficient in using relevant software and systems, including CRM and office productivity tools

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
