Job summary

PT DISTRIBUTOR KOMPONEN UTAMA in Jakarta seeks a Sales Administrator with an accounting background to support the oil and gas/mining supply chain. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on accurate data entry and reporting.

You will work from North, East, or Central Jakarta, use Excel extensively (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), prepare performance analyses, and present findings to supervisors and management.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's in Accounting or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or EPC industry.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and data analysis.
• Strong reporting mindset and ability to present to supervisors and management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to supervisors and management.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and business data to identify insights and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data handling and communication.

Job description

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or a related discipline.

Residing in North Jakarta, East Jakarta, or Central Jakarta.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or EPC industry.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.

Proactive in preparing reports and confident in presenting to supervisors and management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and business data, identify insights, and recommend solutions to business challenges.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrates a high level of responsibility, accountability, ownership, and integrity.
