Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a finance-oriented professional to manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. You will assist in audit processes and support the Integrated Management System across the organization.

The role emphasizes integrity, attention to detail, and English proficiency. Willingness to be assigned to various locations across Indonesia is required, reflecting the company’s nationwide operations in logistics and shipping.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in shipping or logistics is an advantage.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Willing to be assigned to any location across Indonesia.

• Manage daily financial transactions, such as receipts, expenses, and journal recording, including invoices, payments, and monitoring bank accounts.
• Create accurate and up-to-date accounting records of financial transactions, including account balancing, reconciliations, and journal recording.
• Assist in the internal and external audit process by providing the required documents and data to the auditor.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster commitment to understand and adhere to all Integrated Management System requirements.
• Participate in investigations of accidents or unsafe actions and support information security controls to protect company assets.

• 2. Create accurate and up-to-date accounting records of financial transactions, including account balancing, reconciliations, and journal recording.
• 3. Assist in the internal and external audit process by providing the required documents and data to the auditor.

General Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
