Job summary

Mekari is recruiting for a field sales role targeting F&B and Retail segments in Indonesia. You will lead outbound prospecting, demonstrate Mekari POS solutions, and drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract handover.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in SaaS/restaurant tech sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets and strong communication skills. Field visits and regular customer engagements are expected, with collaboration across Marketing, Partnerships, Customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years sales experience in SaaS/POS or restaurant tech.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within F&B and Retail segments.
• Conduct outbound sales activities via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and events.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and referrals.
• Understand customer challenges and recommend Mekari POS solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, operations managers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
