Qualifications

• Min. 1 year outbound/hunter sales, lead generation, or sales canvassing experience.
• Proven experience in independently sourcing/generating leads from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, ANUM).
• Experience in SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus.
• Well-polished professional communication via text, email, and calls.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets.
• Result-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Research, prospect, and contact potential leads via text, e-mail, and/or cold-call as appropriate.
• Set up meetings or calls between client decision makers and company's business development team.
• Track and report on sales outreach activity and results.
• Develop sales strategies and tactics.
