Job summary

Mekari is Indonesia's leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider offering Mekari POS solutions and a suite of software such as Mekari Jurnal, Talenta, Qontak, and Flex. We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify, prospect, and close new business in the F&B and Retail sectors from Batam and surrounding areas.

You will conduct outbound outreach across multiple channels, demonstrate Mekari POS solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle while building lasting

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the F&B and Retail segments.
• Conduct outbound sales activities through various online and offline channels, including cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, networking events, walk-ins, and field visits.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and referrals.
• Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable Mekari POS solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, operations managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and activity updates in CRM.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments in the F&B and Retail sectors.
