Job summary

Mekari Group is seeking a proactive salesperson to drive new business in the F&B and Retail verticals for Mekari POS. You will prospect, present tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract handover.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize opportunities. The role requires ongoing market insight and pipeline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the F&B and Retail segments.
• Conduct outbound sales activities through online and offline channels including cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, networking events, walk-ins, and field visits.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and referrals.
• Understand customer business challenges and recommend Mekari POS solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, operations managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and activity updates in CRM.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments in the F&B and Retail sectors.
