The candidate will partner with executives to translate brand objectives into actionable channel programs, build analytics, and guide a high-performing team to drive revenue growth while ensuring brand integrity for Hanasui and NCo.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10–12+ years in Trade Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Route-to-Market, or Sales Leadership; 5+ years in Director/Head role.
• Proven track record in scaling distribution networks and driving trade marketing strategy in FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care/Consumer Goods.
• Deep expertise in multi-channel distribution models, General Trade distributor networks, Modern Trade key accounts, and field execution governance.
• Strong capabilities in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Spending Optimization, Promotion ROI analysis, and Category Management.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management, strategic negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional team management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, design, and execute RTM and Trade Marketing strategies to accelerate market coverage and sales growth across all product lines.
• Partner with Exec Leadership, Sales Directors, Brand Heads, and Regional Managers to translate brand objectives into channel strategies and trade programs.
• Architect and optimize channel RTM frameworks, coverage models, distributor models, and sales force automation across GT, MT, and emerging channels.
• Drive end-to-end Trade Marketing agenda, including TPM, JBP, category management, PicOS, in-store standards, and POSM strategy.
• Govern trade spending efficiency, promo ROI, distributor margins, and commercial terms for profitability and RGM.
• Establish robust trade analytics to monitor channel performance, sell-in/sell-out trends, and competitor activities.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing Trade Marketing and RTM team with a data-driven, execution-focused culture.
