Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a skilled Utility Technician for our Pasuruan client in the textile sector. Based in Pasuruan, this on-site role focuses on maintaining mechanical and electrical utility systems to ensure continuous production and minimize downtime.

You will monitor tools, manage spare parts, apply LOTO and 5S, and collaborate with maintenance teams to report performance and drive improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related maintenance or utility position.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical utility systems, maintenance procedures, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Understanding of workplace safety, risk assessment, LOTO, and 5S principles.
• Good problem-solving, reporting, and teamwork skills.
